Delivery

UK ORDERS

All orders are normally personalised and dispatched to you within 2 working days.  Most orders are sent with Evri on a Next Day Delivery service.  We will provide you with tracking and delivery updates by email and/or text message for these orders.

Some smaller items will be sent via Royal Mail, standard shipping is 2nd class and the express option is 1st class.

Estimated delivery dates are stated at the checkout.

Please note, Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Scottish Isles, Isle of Wight and Isle of Man may take longer to deliver and are a different delivery cost, this will be calculated at checkout.

US ORDERS

All orders are shipped with UPS and will be delivered within a week of dispatch date.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We can offer shipping internationally upon request, please contact hello@nevereverthelabel.com and we will be happy to provide you with a shipping quote.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Orders are not processed Saturday, Sunday or UK Bank Holidays.

Once an order is placed it is unlikely that we will be able to make any changes, but please email us at hello@nevereverthelabel.com as soon as you can and if the order hasn’t been processed we will do our best to change it for you.

If for any reason we have contacted you about your order and we have not received a response from you within 5 working days, we will treat your order as cancelled.
